Q: Are all items authentic?
A: We wouldn't be caught dead carrying anything that's not authentic, and we will not do that to you either. We go to great lengths to ensure authenticity of items, so please do get the brand experts to look at it and provide you a letter stating non-authenticity if you have doubts for some reason. We will be pleased to give you a full refund (not site credits!) along with a note of thanks for helping us weed out unscrupulous suppliers!

Q: What credit cards can enjoy the installment payment option?
A: We are constantly updating and trying to tie up with partners for this, so just click on the GO GUILT FREE option under the product that you are eyeing, and there will be a pop up page with the details! Do note that only purchases of $500 and above will qualify for the installment payment option!

PRE-PURCHASE
Q: How do I know how discount I am entitled to or have accumulated from referrals?
A: Click on your shopping cart icon, there will be a summary of how much discount you are entitled to. You can choose to use it in part or in full. Usage of accumulated discounts are subject to a maximum discount amount used per item and a minimum spend per item which is determined at our sole discretion.

Q: Are prices inclusive of GST?
A: No further taxes are added to the prices stated on the site.

Q: What currency are the prices listed in?
A: All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

Q: Are prices inclusive of delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are currently absorbed by us for deliveries within Singapore. Overseas shipping is chargeable at a nominal flat rate. Please email us at kepris@kepris.com for more information.

POST-PURCHASE
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: All bags and small leather goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the following circumstances: * Non-authenticity has to be verified in writing by the brand owners, in which case 100% refund in same mode of payment will be immediately provided. * Defective merchandise - Inspection must be done at the point of delivery. We know that excitement does sometimes overwhelm us at the point of delivery, so such feedback will have to be answered on a case to case basis, within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us at kepris@kepris.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Q: When will my purchase be delivered?
A: +2 Working Days Delivery (SINGAPORE ONLY)! All purchases made before 6pm on a working day will be delivered in +2 working days. Purchases made after 6pm will be treated as received on the next working day and delivery will thus be order day +3 working days.

Q: Is there any warranty for my purchase?
A: We are resellers - we do not represent these brands and are not distributors of such brands, and as such we DO NOT offer any official or unofficial warranty on any item we sell. That said, we will do all we can to assist you in getting your item fixed if the need arises!

*Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. Thus an order made after before 6pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday, and an order made AFTER 6pm on Wednesday will be delivered on the following Monday (ie. Order date +3 working days)

That said, we are always pleased to be able to rush out an order or meet a deadline should there be one. Just drop us a line and we will do our best to accommodate!
